Nigeria’s Falconets are through to the Round of 16 at the 2026 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup after a big 10-1 win over New Caledonia. The match result puts them through to face England in their next.
Falconets Score Freely From the Start
The Falconets took control from the early kick off as Ramotalahi Kareem opened the scoring from the penalty spot in the 17th minute and Rebecca Adegbemile made it 2-0 two minutes later. Janet Akekoromowei added a third in the 23rd minute and Kareem scored again just before half-time.
